| Harper Library Phone Number is 620-896-2959 Librarian is Tina Welch. Library renewals can be done by phone. Harper Teen Library Council is an active Teen Club. They are busy in the community doing plays, putting on dances and a lot of fundraising for the advancement of the library. The club meets on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 2:00 pm at the library.
