The City of Harper has a beautiful park located on West Main Street.  The park has two shelters, a large raised gazebo, restrooms, and several
picnic tables.  There is a horseshoe pit located within the park and
basketball and tennis courts in the nearby vicinity.
A new addition to the park is our walking path that winds through
the park and around the pool and tennis courts.  The path includes
stations for sit-ups, pull-ups, and other various fitness activities.

There is a Recreation Board that provides and organizes several activities for the youngsters to include soccer, baseball, softball and a summer
craft program.
